TABLE HOSTESS REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2024 Christmas Tea is required for all hostesses

Christmas Tea is an elegant evening celebrating the Reason for the Season! It's an opportunity for women in the church to get together to be encouraged in the faith and to invite women who usually do not attend church to hear about God's love. God has given us all different gifts, and we know our amazing hostesses will use theirs to make women welcome & loved! Thank you for prayerfully considering!

See info regarding being a hostess before signing up:

* She must be a regular attendee at Godspeak Calvary Chapel and have a personal relationship with Jesus

* She will need to register and pay for the event, separately from this registration.

* She will need to set up/decorate the assigned table, including providing dishes (will go over all items in the hostess' meeting)

* She will be available to set up the table either Thursday, December 5th or Friday morning, December 6th.

* She must attend one of the hostess' information meetings on either Sunday, November 17th during 1pm service or Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 6pm)

* She must be ready to meet to go over last-minute things at 5:30pm on December 6th, and then welcome ladies at 6pm when the doors open.

* She must be willing to facilitate fellowship and discussions at the table

* She must be available to pray for any of the ladies at the table, if needed (NOTE: We will have ladies available to pray at the end of the evening)
